North American Users: Currently registration on the CSG website is limited to US, Canada & Latin America Distributors & Repair Centers.

The registration process is as follows:

1. Click the Register button to the left.
2. You will automatically receive your user name & password in an email.  
3. Activation of your login is not an automatic process and requires approval from Capital Safety.  Upon approval you'll be sent notification that your login has been activated with your approved access level.  Approval process is typically within 24hrs.
4. When logging in, you'll be taken to a customized page that describes how to access information meant just for you as well as latest news and information.
5. Upon your first login you must change your password.  To do this click on your name in the top right corner of the website and it will take you to an area where you can manage your profile.

If you are looking for the U.S. Customer Self Service/Distributor Portal, please follow these directions:

1. Go to www.CapitalSafety.com (ensure you are on the United States page)

2. Under the Tools tab, click on Distributor Portal

3. Enter your user name and password that was assigned to you.

Helpful Hint:
Prior to clicking the link to track your shipment, copy the tracking number and paste in the appropriate field once you are in the Carrier's website.
