The answers provided for these questions will provide Capital Safety with the information needed to manufacture a special or custom unit, or to modify an existing piece of equipment so that it meets the customer's needs.

Access the 'New Project' form. Use this form if modification of an existing Advanced Product is not practical or would not fully meet the customer's needs.

Access the 'Modification' form. Use this form if modification of an existing Advanced Product will meet the customer's needs.
